We are all cups constantly and quietly being filled. The trick is knowing how to tip ourselves over and let the beautiful stuff out.
When Kelsey asked me to photograph her and Martin’s wedding creatives in San Fransisco, I jumped at the chance. They had already said, “I do,” and partied the night away. We would have an ENTIRE day to capture and create beauty. With no timeline, and nowhere to be, we could capture images of life & love. The one request I did have, was to photograph them getting ready in their cute downtown apartment. After that we had a city to explore. From historic City Hall to vibrant China Town to the ocean views of Land’s End, we could explore it all.
And we did.
With several cups of coffee energizing our day, we started on an adventure for the books. We might not have been able to photograph inside City Hall, but that didn’t dampen our adventure. Try and name all the different spots around town, we explored.
You will notice among the details several different quotes..
The quotes on recycled paper were from a local store in Columbus. We put them on the flower vases that lined the aisle in the chapel. The quotes all had something to do with loving others/being kind to others. I think that we wanted it to be clear in the ceremony that our commitment was to love each other but, more importantly, our community and also to commit to making each other kinder more loving people
Celebrate Kelsey & Martin!
